Jennifer McEntire is Sr Director, Food & Import Safety at Leavitt Partners Global Food Safety Solutions, a boutique food safety consulting firm led by former FDA Associate Commissioner for Foods Dr. David Acheson. A food microbiologist by training, Dr. McEntire has spent over a decade at the intersection of food safety and policy, working extensively with FDA on issues such as food defense, food safety, and traceability. She led the FSMA-required product tracing pilots for FDA and now helps food industry clients understand their supply chain risks and prioritize mitigations in the context of the changing regulatory landscape and global food safety system.
