Abstract:

Inventory Optimization (I/O) Software is delivering major benefits to hundreds of companies around the globe by taking a more holistic view of inventory planning across all the nodes and tiers in the network. Yet, this powerful technology is still not well understood by many supply chain professionals - even as their firm’s competitors may already be seeing significant benefits from using the tools, or have started to move forward with an I/O deployment.

In this fast paced videocast, we will review the basics of Inventory Optimization software, what makes it different than traditional advanced planning systems (APS), and how one of the world’s largest medical device manufacturers has achieved substantial benefits from its global deployment of the tools from SAP.
It promises to be an outstanding broadcast.

Not be missed for companies considering Inventory Optimization software or looking for new ideas for supply chain improvement.
